FAQS

⇢ why have I not been accepted yet?
a: if you have not been accepted it might be because you haven't followed the rules in our bio (we will dm you to remind you. if you ignore our message, your request will be deleted), you’re an private account or your account has no post, we only accept accounts with content.

⇢who do I tag when I repost on my story?
a: tag the scenepack account please. if you do not tag the sp account, we won’t be alerted that you have shared us in your story.

⇢ I don't have content on instagram but I edit on tiktok, will I be accepted?
a: yes! as long as you inform us that you are an editor on tiktok and provide us with your tiktok username so we can double check :)

⇢ how do I give 'proper' credit?
a: easy! e.g. spc: kdscenepacks or sc: owner of sp. make sure to credit us in the caption or as a pinned comment. DO NOT credit us as a comment without pinning or delay crediting us by hours or days otherwise you will be blocked! if you are editing on youtube and tiktok, please credit us by sc: kdscenepacks on ig, thank u <3

⇢ I have done all the rules and I'm an account with content but I haven't been accepted, why?
a: we have a lot of requests but we try to accept daily to keep on top of requests, if you haven't been accepted and have followed all the rules, we apologise. we have either missed your request or it got lost with the other requests. To inform us, you can either message one of the owners to accept you or message the sp account :)

⇢ the link isn't working for me, how do I fix this?
a: if the link isn't working it is because you haven't copied the link correctly or the owner of the scenepack you are trying access has taken the link down which is very unlikely. unless the owner has announced the link isn't working then its due to you not copying the link right.

⇢ can you send me the link please?
a: yes and no, sometimes we will be happy to send you the link but when we are asked frequently we may get frustrated and will not.

⇢ the link asks for a key, what do I do?
a: our links should not ask for keys, if it does then you have not copied correctly, if you still need the key even after copying the link correctly, the key is at the end of the link or just message us to get it.

⇢ I don't know how to get the links, please help?
a: if you don't know how to get our links, there is a tutorial in our highlights. if you need more help, just message us, we are always happy to help :)

⇢ do you take requests?
a: atm no they are closed.

⇢ I made a scene pack request awhile ago and it's not been done yet, does that mean it won't be done at all?
a: unless the owners have watched the drama and are happy to do the scene pack you requested then it will be done but if we haven't watched the drama it is very unlikely we will do the scene pack you requested. we try our best to do most requests but we are very busy so please be understanding :)

⇢ I was accepted but I got removed, why?
a: we have removed you because you have broken the rules whether that is unfollowing one/all the owners or not giving credit whilst using our scenes. removals are our warnings.

⇢ if I have been removed, can I be accepted again?
a: yes but only depending on the rules you have broken. to be accepted, you will have to do the rules again. if you are not accepted, that means we do not trust you.

⇢ why have I been blocked?
a: you have been blocked because you have broken the rules more than once. reasons for that are: we noticed you have stolen our scenes and said they were your own, have unfollowed the owners, not properly credited or you have been disrespectful. if you were removed before and accepted again but broke the rules, you will not only be blocked but blacklisted.

⇢ I have noticed someone may have used your scenes in their edit but have not given credit, what should I do?
a: if you have noticed, please tell us so we can handle this situation. we would appreciate it <3
